Prior to opening his own practice in 1997, Mr. Revere was an associate/partner for nine years in the Detroit Office of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn, which during Mr. Revere's tenure was one of the 100 largest law firms in the United States. He has counseled clients on siting, compliance, and permitting requirements under almost every federal environmental statute including RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA, OSHA, CAA, CWA, CERCLA, HMTA, MSHA, state equivalent statutes, and also under numerous state, regional, and local environmental and land use planning laws. He has represented clients ranging from high net worth individuals to Fortune 100 companies as a sole practitioner and has litigated cases in both federal and state courts including appearances before the Massachusetts and 1st Circuit Courts of Appeal.
